Our advice is founded on a comprehensive knowledge of the patent procurement process from the initial stages of patent application drafting to post-issuance patent enforcement. We act in all matters relating to patent prosecution, maintenance and enforcement. We prepare, file and prosecute patent applications in Sweden, with the European Patent Office (EPO), and of PCT applications. We recognize the importance of the global marketplace and the increasing importance of emerging economies, such as China and India. We arrange for the filing of non-Swedish national patent applications through local associates around the globe and oversee the prosecution of patent applications to successful conclusion. We act in patent infringement negotiations and litigation, whether for patent proprietors or defendants. We work in close cooperation with legal counsels at selected IP law firms. We also provide patent clearance advice and/or prior art searches.
